The Role of Truwood Furniture
As manufactures to the trade all client referrals are passed on to retail design studios. We will be happy to briefly discuss initial design ideas, client requirements and likely budgets. This is necessary to ensure we recommend a suitable retail designer who will deal with your project in the most appropriate manner. The design retailer will provide constructive advice and guidance along with a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge, encompassing furniture, appliances, work surfaces, décor and possible structural work. This link is vital in the equation to both ensure your design criteria are met and to project manage co-coordinating the various trades required to guarantee your installation is completed in accordance with your requirements on-time and within budget.
Our brochure can be mailed to you directly via Email. For design retailers this can be fully customised to meet the retailer’s individual needs (subject to provision of copy and artwork). Additionally, our extensive portfolio of real room photographs and digital images are available to qualifying retailers. Sample doors, mouldings and finishes are manufactured to retailer’s specific requests.
Accompanied Factory Visit
Following initial consultation we are happy to arrange an accompanied factory visit (by prior arrangement only). For trade designers this gives an insight into construction techniques and materials to further their in-depth product knowledge. This also provides the opportunity to discuss how Truwood Furniture products can be tailored to solve specific design issues, the application of our products to reduce installation times and improving fit-quality through factory fabrication to maximise customer satisfaction.
Retail clients can view first-hand for themselves a wide variety of samples, ideas and real displays enabling decisions to be made on the choice of styles and materials and to fully experience our ‘uniqueness’ as a company.
Before your Factory Visit
Prior to any visit it is beneficial /desirable that the designer dealing with your project provide a provisional design brief and/or sketches to ensure that we are able to deal with relevant queries in the best possible manner. This is particularly important if your designer is not present during your visit.
We are always looking to establish working relationships with discerning trade professionals, who like ourselves are dedicated to getting it right first time and on time.
